Shipping & Returns

We carefully pack and ship all orders from our Brisbane, QLD warehouse to ensure your pieces arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sale or high-volume periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Australia-Wide Shipping

  • Standard Shipping - $8 AUD

  • Express Shipping - $13 AUD

Free express shipping on Australian orders over $150


New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping - $20 AUD


International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping - $40 AUD flat rate

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

  • Mishkah Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer a return subject to the conditions below.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or marks

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging where possible

Once your return is received and approved, your return option is refund - $5 processing fee / 100% store credit / exchange] 

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Accessories (including jewellery, hats, or intimates where applicable)


Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure all items meet our quality standards. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the fault

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once assessed, if the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer one of the following in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Replacement item (if available)

  • Store credit

  • Refund to original payment method


Important Information

  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, incorrect care, or misuse are not considered faulty.

  • Colour variations due to lighting or screen displays are not classified as faults.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
